These eligibility checkers will conduct a soft search on your credit file and show a selection of products based on this. A soft search will not affect your credit score; it will just leave a footprint on your credit file that only you can see.

Eligibility checkers will show you a chance of acceptance, but cannot guarantee that you will be accepted. This final decision will be down to the relevant company and your full application. It is still possible to get declined at this stage.
